1. Who we are

RoyalMatch Kenya ("we", "us") is a private, application-based matchmaking service for single adults in Kenya who are seeking marriage. We also operate a separate companionship service for women (section 12). We are not a public directory or open dating site. Our operator is [registered business name and number].

2. Eligibility

• You must be 21 or older, single, and legally free to marry.
• You must give accurate information. Married persons may not apply. We may decline or end any application.

3. What we provide

We review your application, search our applicants for compatible people and make introductions with the mutual consent of both people. We do not guarantee a match, a reply, a relationship or marriage.

4. Packages and fees

• Regular Match: KSh 1,000 for 1 introduction.
• Premium Match: KSh 2,500 for up to 3 introductions.
• Private Match: KSh 5,000 for unlimited introductions for 30 days, with one active introduction at a time.

Applying is free. After we confirm you are eligible we send payment details for M-Pesa or bank transfer. Matching begins once we confirm your payment. Refunds: [insert policy, for example refundable before matching begins and non-refundable once an introduction has been made].

5. How introductions work

We share personal contact details only when both people agree to an introduction. We may share limited profile details (for example first name, age, occupation, city and preferences) to ask for consent. Meet first in public places and tell someone you trust.

6. Verification

We check identity offline. We do not collect ID documents through the website. Verification reduces risk but cannot guarantee that other people are honest.

7. Conduct

• Be honest and respectful. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive anyone.
• Never ask a match for money, and never send money to someone you have met through us. Report any request for money to us.
• Breaches lead to removal without refund.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. By applying you consent to our processing of the sensitive details you share, such as marital status, children and religion.

9. Our liability

We introduce people but are not responsible for the conduct, statements or intentions of any individual. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relationships or arrangements between adults. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached or safety is at risk. You can delete your account from your profile at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will post the new date here.

12. Companionship service (women only)

Our companionship service arranges non-sexual social company for adult women: coffee, dinners, events, city experiences and travel. We do not offer, arrange, request or tolerate sexual or intimate services of any kind. Breaches lead to removal of the client or companion. For travel and city experiences we provide the companion only; transport, accommodation, tickets and meals are arranged and paid for by you unless agreed in writing. Companionship is quoted individually and is separate from matchmaking packages.
